I’m late to the party and but the Villas of Tower Shores are classified as R-2. I believe that we may fit into both R-1 and R-2 categories, as Matt noted above. Some units are completely separate (for example the “Pink” house) and the 4 town homes on Nomad Lane 2. However, 2 sets of 2 units share a roof, and we have the condo building.
I know this may not even be a significant issue, but thought it might be worthy of noting.
The bylaws revisions look fine. My suggestion would be to separate the two approval items on the ballot so that we can vote yes/no on the bylaws revisions AND separately yes/no on the restrictive covenants.
